All foreign travelers to Turkmenistan
require a visa. Travelers from
countries, which have a
Turkmenistan embassy, consulate or diplomatic representative,
must purchase their visa in their home country before departing
for Turkmenistan. Otherwise, they will be sent back on the next
available flight.
DN Tours can can provide you with an invitation - visa support
letter (essential to obtain a visa) for a maximum stay of
2-3 weeks. Obtaining official government approval of the invitation
letter usually takes 10 working OR 18-25 calendar days by
the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
In order to get a letter of invitation confirmed by the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, you're required to provide DN

All other visitors can purchase a visa from
the local authorities on arrival.
Again, however, a letter of invitation from a company registered
in Turkmenistan, endorsed in writing by the Turkmenian Foreign Office,
is required and must be presented to the immigration officers on
arrival. The visa fee for Turkmenistan is $61 USD upon arrival in
Saparmurat Turkmenbashy International Airport.
USEFUL INFO:
According to the new decree The Ministry for Foreign Affairs along
with the State Committee for Tourism & Sport of Turkmenistan will
issue TRAVEL ENTRY PASS for every tourists to pass on them by DN
TOURS representative before passport control on each borders. Each
tourist has to keep this document till the end of the tour in Turkmenistan.
All tourists have to be registrated in City Tourist Board in Ashgabat.
Registration fee is $5 USD per person. Besides. we always include
it into tour package.

2) 2 photos(3x4cm)
3) Passport copies (2 copies)
Immigration fee
Also upon arrival at the border every tourist will be required to
pay IMMIGRATION FEE-$10 USD per person imposed by immigration officer
on each entry. In exchange the foreign traveler can get IMMIGRATION
CARD.Each tourist has to keep this document till the end of the
tour in Turkmenistan.
On spot visa obtain availability
In case if there is no Turkmen embassy or consulate in your country
then Turkmen visas are available at the borders through land and
air arrivals

Required time to issue the visa
You're kindly requested to provide DN TOURS with passport data at
least 25 days before the arrival date to issue an approved visa
support & provide with rooming list at least 10 days before arrival
date .
To issue a Turkmen visa at Turkmen Embassies abroad takes 2-3 days
maximum. Please contact them directly where it is available.
The length of stay
The length of stay depends on tourists themselves. However, the
Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan allows to stay in Turkmenistan
with TOURIST VISA not more than 15-25 days.
Please note that TOURIST VISA never to be prolonged.
